Information about the distribution of rural poverty rates for Langsa City is important because the problem of poverty is a multidimensional problem that requires fast and targeted follow-up. The purpose of this study is to present the village poverty level in the form of a digital map so that it is easy to analyze and see its distribution. This application was developed using the Waterfall method which consists of communication, planning, modeling, construction, and deployment. This application is built using the CodeIgniter framework, leaflets, and MySQL as a database manager. This WebGIS displays a mapping of poor villages based on 5 categories of poor households, extremely poor, poor, almost poor, vulnerable poor and toward middle poor. Where in each poverty category there are 3 levels of poverty, high, medium and low. Based on the data, there are 19.240 poor households in 66 villages in Langsa City with the largest percentage of poverty being 94.29% in Buket Meutuah village and the lowest percentage being 21.74% in Pekan Langsa village. The above percentage is obtained from the calculation of the number of poor households, the total number of households multiplied by 100%. The feasibility of the webGIS was tested using Black-box Testing which resulted in the features in the built webGIS already working well. Thus, this webGIS is very useful for the Langsa City Social Service in managing poverty data to see the distribution of poor villages in Langsa City.
