The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) leadership style, work environment and motivation and employee performance were good; (2) the influence of leadership style on employee motivation; (3) the influence of the work environment on employee motivation; (4) the influence of leadership style on employee performance; (5) the influence of the work environment on employee performance; (6) the influence of motivation on employee performance; (7) the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance mediated by work motivation. This research was conducted at Ma'had Daarut Tahfizh Al-Ikhlas, Aceh Besar District. As for the object of this research is the style of leadership, work environment, motivation and employee performance, with a total of 122 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the leadership style, work environment, work motivation and job satisfaction and employee performance have gone well, the results also prove that there is an influence of leadership style on employee work motivation, then the work environment has an effect on employee work motivation, leadership style has an effect. employee performance improvement, work environment affects employee performance improvement, work motivation affects employee performance improvement. The results also prove that there is an influence of leadership style on employee performance which is mediated by work motivation and there is also an influence of the work environment on employee performance mediated by employee work motivation. Thus, in this study, there is an effect, either directly or indirectly, on exogenous variables (leadership style and work environment) on endogenous variables (work motivation and employee performance).
