ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE, LEADERSHIP STYLE, WORK MOTIVATION ON THE PERFORMANCE OF GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES IN THE CITY OF BANDA ACEH WITH JOB DESIGN AS A MEDIATION VARIABLE

This study was conducted to determine and examine the the influence of organizational culture, leadership style, and work motivation on the performance of employees with job design as a mediating variable. The population was employees of the Banda Aceh City government. Determination of the sample was carried out by the formula 5 times the number of indicator of variables, which amounted to 165 respondents. The research model was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) AMOS. The results of Hypothesis Testing prove that organizational culture, leadership style, and motivation affect job design; Organizational culture, leadership style, motivation, and job design affect employee performance; job design mediates the effect of organizational culture, leadership style and motivation on the performance of Banda Aceh City Government employees. These findings prove that the model of improving the performance of Banda Aceh city government employees is a function of strengthening organizational culture and leadership style, and increasing motivation and job design suitability, where job design functions as a partial mediator.
