Risk Management On The Production Activity Of TheCoffee Chips
Risk Management is the process of identifying, analyzing, evaluating, controlling, and trying to avoid or minimize unacceptable risks. Risk management aims to increase the value of the company in dealing with organizational problems comprehensively. The purpose of writing this Final Project is to find out what risks are faced in the production of Coffee Chips products and to know how to manage risk/risk control in the production of Coffee Chips products.
The location of this final project is in Banda Aceh, Jl. Diponogoro, No. 14, Baiturrahman District, KampungBaru. The object and scope of this final project is about processing coffee grounds with a mixture of other raw materials into coffee chips and how to manage the risks faced in the production of coffee chips. The method used in writing this final project is the observation method, namely direct observation of the object under study.
Based on observations, it is found that the risks faced in the production of Coffee Chips include raw material risks, namely the uncertain price of raw materials and quality. The risk of the production process, namely the size of the thickness / thinness of the dough that is not suitable, cutting chips that are not suitable, and the results of frying are not suitable. Marketing risk, namely not achieving sales targets and chips being destroyed. Each risk management identification or control of the risks faced.
