This study was conducted to determine and examine the analysis of the effect of working period and perceived quality of leader-member exchange (LMX) on job satisfaction and organizational commitment and their impact on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of employees of PT Adhi Persada Beton in Aceh Besar, Indonesia. The population was all employees of the company, totaling 473 employees. The sample was determined using the cluster random sampling technique and the number was obtained through the calculation of the Slovin formula, as many as 216 employees. Data was collected using a questionnaire and the measurement scale used was the Likert Scale. The model was analyzed using AMOS SEM. The test results prove that working period affects job satisfaction, perceived quality of LMX affect organizational commitment, satisfaction affects OCB, commitment affects OCB, working period affects OCB, perceived quality of LMX affects OCB, satisfaction partially mediates the working period effect on OCB, and Commitment partially mediates the perceived quality of LMX effect on OCB. These findings prove that the model of increasing OCB at PT.
