Stroke merupakan suatu gangguan fungsional otak yang terjadi secara mendadak. Stroke merupakan penyebab kematian tertinggi ke-2 dan penyebab kecacatan ke-3 di dunia. Data hasil Riskesdas pada tahun 2013-2018 terjadi peningkatan prevalensi penyakit stroke dari 7% menjadi 10,9%. Secara keseluruhan, prevalensi stroke di Indonesia berdasarkan diagnosis dokter pada penduduk umur  15 tahun diperkirakan sebanyak 2.120.362 orang, sementara Aceh memiliki 13.389 kasus stroke. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan tekanan darah, diabetes, riwayat stroke dalam keluarga, fibrilasi atrium, kadar kolesterol, aktivitas fisik, indeks massa tubuh, dan kebiasaan merokok dengan tingkat risiko stroke berdasarkan Stroke Risk Scorecard. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 88 orang yang diambil dengan metode simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menganalisis rekam medis pasien stroke iskemik berdasarkan Stroke Risk Scorecard di RSUDZA Banda Aceh tahun 2019. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa responden yang memiliki tekanan darah 140/90 mmHg sebanyak 78,4%, responden tidak ada fibrilasi atrium sebanyak 60,2%, responden tidak merokok sebanyak 59,1%, responden memiliki kadar kolesterol 200 mg/Dl sebanyak 53,4%, responden memiliki riwayat diabetes sebanyak 47,7%, responden tidak ada aktivitas fisik sama sekali 78,4%, responden memiliki IMT normal 59,1% responden tidak ada riwayat stroke keluarga 77,3%. Uji statistik chi-square menunjukan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat risiko stroke iskemik dengan tekanan darah, kadar kolesterol, diabetes, aktifitas fisik, indeks massa tubuh, dan riwayat stroke dalam keluarga.

Stroke is a functional disorder of the brain that occurs suddenly. Stroke is the 2nd highest cause of death and the 3rd highest cause of disability in the world. Riskesdas results data in 2013-2018 there was an increase in the prevalence of stroke from 7% to 10.9%. Overall, the prevalence of stroke in Indonesia based on doctor's diagnosis in the population of 15 years is estimated at 2,120,362 people, while Aceh has 13,389 cases of stroke. The study aimed to analyze the association of blood pressure, diabetes, family history of stroke, atrial fibrillation, cholesterol levels, physical activity, body mass index, and smoking habits with stroke risk levels based on the Stroke Risk Scorecard. The study uses observational analytical research methods with a cross sectional approach. The number of samples used in this study was as many as 88 people taken by the simple random sampling method. Data collection was conducted by analyzing the medical records of ischemic stroke patients based on the Stroke Risk Scorecard at Banda Aceh Hospital in 2019. The results of this study showed that respondents who had blood pressure 140/90 mmHg as much as 78.4%, respondents no atrial fibrillation as much as 60.2%, respondents did not smoke as much as 59.1%, respondents had cholesterol levels of 200 mg/dL as much as 53.4%, respondents had a history of diabetes as much as 47.7%, respondents had no physical activity at all 78.4%, respondents had a normal BMI of 53.4%, respondents had no family history of diabetes 77.7%, respondents had no physical activity at all 78.4%, respondents had a normal BMI of 59.1% respondents had no family history of stroke 77.3%. Chi-square statistical tests showed a significant association between ischemic stroke risk levels and blood pressure, cholesterol levels, diabetes, physical activity, body mass index, and family history of stroke.
