This study aims to improve students' critical thinking skills towards Blended Learning-based worksheets. This research is a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population of this study were students of class XI IPA SMAN Unggul Subulussalam, totaling 5 classes. Sampling was done by random selection (simple random sampling) so that the students of class XI IPA 3 SMAN Unggul Subulussalam were obtained. Data collection techniques used are test questions (pretest and posttest), student responses and teacher responses. The test result data were analyzed using t-test. Based on the data from the t-test research using the paired sample t-test, H0 was rejected, meaning that there was an increase in students' critical thinking who were taught using the Blended Learning approach. It is hoped that the LKPD based on Blended Learning can continue to be developed into a learning media that is able to support the learning process so that students' critical thinking skills can develop.
