ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Leader Member Exchange terhadap Job Satisfaction dan Turnover Intention yang dimediasi oleh variable Job Embeddedness. Data dikumpulkan dari 155 karyawan showroom mobil Banda Aceh dengan teknik metode stratified random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Leader Member Exchange berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Job Embeddedness dan Job Satisfaction. Job Embeddedness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Job Satisfaction dan Turnover Intention. Selain itu, Job Embeddedness terbukti memediasi secara parsial hubungan Leader Member Exchange terhadap Job Satisfaction. Job Embeddedness terbukti memediasi secara penuh hubungan Leader Member Exchange terhadap Turnover Intention.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to examine the influence of Leader Member Exchange on Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention which is mediated by Job Embeddedness variables. Data was collected from 155 car showrooom employees using the stratified random sampling method. The results showed that the Leader Member Exchange had a significant effect on Job Embeddedness and Job Satisfaction. Job Embeddedness has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention. In addition, Job Embeddedness is proven to partially mediate the relationship between Leader Member Exchange and Job Satisfaction. The existence of Job Embeddedness is proven to fully mediate the relationship between Leader Member Exchange and Turnover Intention.
