Senam merupakan suatu cabang olahraga yang melibatkan performa gerakan yang membutuhkan kekuatan, kecepatan dan keserasian gerakan fisik yang teratur. Senam lantai (flour exercise) adalah satu bagian dari rumpun senam, gerakan senam ini biasa dilakukan di atas matras atau permadani. Percaya diri adalah suatu sikap atau keyakinan atas kemampuan diri sendiri dalam melakukan suatu tindakan. Seorang siswa memerlukan sikap percaya diri untuk bisa melakukan gerakan senam lantai guling depan. Seorang siswa yang memiliki tingkat percaya diri yang baik maka akan mudah untuk melakukan gerakan senam lantai guling depan dengan baik pula. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat serta hubungan antara percaya diri dengan kemampuan senam lantai guling depan pada Siswa putra kelas tinggi SD Negeri Lampeuneurut Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Siswa kelas tinggi yaitu kelas IV dan V SD Negeri Lampeuneurut Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022 yang berjumlah 255 siswa, dan sampelnya adalah 20% dari jumlah populasi yaitu sebanyak 24 siswa Putra yang ditentukan oleh metode random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner pengukuran tingkat percaya diri dan tes pengukuran kemampuan senam lantai guling depan. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan perhitungan nilai rata-rata, standar deviasi, T-score, koefisien korelasi, dan uji t.
Hasil pengolahan data diperoleh bahwa nilai rata-rata percaya diri siswa yaitu 85,04 nilai ini berada pada kategori Tinggi dan nilai rata-rata kemampuan senam lantai guling depan yaitu 84,58 nilai ini berada pada kategori Sangat Baik. Hasil perhitungan thitung < ttabel atau 0,711 < 1,717 dengan df= n-2=22. Pengujian uji t tersebut menunjukkan bahwa korelasi yang dimiliki sangat lemah dan tidak signifikan antara tingkat percaya diri dengan kemampuan senam lantai guling depan pada siswa putra kelas tinggi SD Negeri Lampeuneurut Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022.

Floor exercise is one part of the clump of gymnastics, this gymnastic movement is usually done on a mat or rug. Self-confidence is an attitude or belief in one's own ability to take an action. A student needs a confident attitude to be able to do the front roll floor exercise. A student who has a good level of self-confidence will be easy to do the front roll floor gymnastics well too. This study aims to determine the level and relationship between self-confidence and front roll floor gymnastics ability in high grade male students of SD Negeri Lampeuneurut according to the Academic Year 2021/2022. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The population in this study were high-class students, namely grades IV and V of SD Negeri Lampeuneurut according to the 2021/2022 academic year, totaling 255 students, and the sample was 20% of the total population of 24 male students determined by the random sampling method. The data collection technique used a questionnaire or questionnaire to measure the level of confidence and a test measuring the ability of the front roll floor exercise. The data obtained were then analyzed using the calculation of the average value, standard deviation, T-score, correlation coefficient, and t test. The results of data processing showed that the average value of students' self-confidence was 85.04 this value was in the High category and the average value of the front roll floor exercise ability was 84.58 this value was in the Very Good category. The results of the calculation tcount < t table or 0.711 < 1.717 with df = n-2 = 22. The t-test test shows that the correlation is very weak and not significant between the level of confidence and the ability of the front roll floor gymnastics in the high grade male students of SD Negeri Lampeuneurut according to the 2021/2022 Academic Year.
