The research entitled "Teachers' Strategies in Developing Language Skills in Children aged 5-6 Years at Al-Amin Lawe Kindergarten Cimanok South Aceh" raises the issue of how the teacher's strategy in developing language skills in children aged 5-6 years at Al-Amin Lawe Kindergarten Cimanok. This study aims to see what strategies are used by teachers in developing language skills in children aged 5-6 years at Al-Amin Lawe Kindergarten, Cimanok, South Aceh. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. The subjects of this study were 4 kindergarten teachers, while the object of this research was the teacher's strategy in developing language skills in children. The data in this study were obtained through observation and interview techniques. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of data analysis show that the strategy used by teachers at Al-Amin Lawe Kindergarten, Cimanok, South Aceh in developing children's language skills is by using learning methods, namely storytelling and question and answer. The method of storytelling and question and answer can be done by teachers with children in the learning process in the classroom. Another strategy used by the teacher is the use of learning media, namely story books, APE and natural materials around the school yard. Another strategy used by teachers is teaching vocabulary to children, each teacher has a different way of teaching vocabulary to children. The language skills of children aged 5-6 years at Al-Amin Kindergarten have developed very well, where children already understand letter symbols, are able to write and read their own names.
