Scholarship is a form of award given to someone who aims to continue their education. The acceptance of Single Tuition fee rate has requirements that must be met by prospective applicants. There are several predetermined criteria, namely parental income, GPA, semester and number of family dependents. In the manual management of UKT assistance scholarships, the distribution of scholarship funds is not well targeted and does not guarantee that decisions are taken correctly and accurately. Therefore, it is necessary to build a Decision Support System (DSS) that can be used to determine more objective results in accordance with predetermined criteria. One of the methods used to solve this problem is the EDAS method and the calculation of the weighting criteria for UKT scholarships using the OPA method. Based on the analysis of the results, it is known that the accuracy test results from all faculties are 11 faculties whose accuracy scores are above 80% and only 1 faculty whose accuracy value is below 80%. As for the F-Measure scores, there are 11 faculties whose scores are above 90% and only one faculty whose scores are below 90%.
