Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan tingkat kesukaran soal UNBK bahasa
Indonesia SMP se-Kota Banda Aceh tahun 2018. Metode yang digunakan dalam
penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data di awali dari data dasar
hasil nilai UNBK bahasa Indonesia melalui aplikasi Pamer yang dikeluarkan oleh
Kemendikbud. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 41 SMP se-Kota Banda
Aceh, 27 SMP memiliki ketidaktuntasan pada beberapa indikator soal UNBK, dan 14
SMP memiliki ketuntasan 100%. Dari 27 sekolah tersebut dipetakan kembali
menjadi 21 soal berkategori sukar, 25 soal berkategori sedang, dan 4 soal
berkategori mudah. Soal sukar tersebut terdiri atas 7 soal pada SKL membaca
nonsastra, 6 soal pada SKL membaca sastra, 2 soal pada SKL menulis terbatas, 5
soal pada SKL menyunting kata, kalimat, paragraf, dan 1 soal pada SKL menyunting
ejaan dan tanda baca. Pada bagian pembahasan penulis menganalisis soal yang sukar
tersebut menggunakan teori Taksonomi Bloom dan Kaidah keilmuan bahasa
Indonesia.

Kata Kunci: Mapping, difficult questions, UNBK, Indonesian language This study aims to map the level of difficulty of the Indonesian language UNBK questions for junior high schools in Banda Aceh City in 2018. The method used in this study is qualitative. The data collection technique begins with the basic data of the Indonesian language UNBK scores through the Exhibition application issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture. The results showed that there were 41 junior high schools throughout Banda Aceh, 27 junior high schools had incompleteness on several indicators of UNBK questions, and 14 junior high schools had 100% completeness. From the 27 schools, they were mapped back into 21 questions in the difficult category, 25 questions in the medium category, and 4 questions in the easy category. The difficult questions consist of 7 questions on SKL reading non-literary, 6 questions on SKL reading literature, 2 questions on SKL limited writing, 5 questions on SKL editing words, sentences, paragraphs, and 1 question on SKL editing spelling and punctuation. In the discussion section, the author analyzes these difficult questions using Bloom's Taxonomy theory and Indonesian scientific principles.
