Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat sangat berpengaruh terhadap semua aspek kehidupan sehingga untuk mendapatkan dan berbagi informasi sangat mudah, salah satunya informasi yang berhubungan dengan Rumah Sakit. BPJS kesehatan telah menyediakan informasi dalam bentuk website, tetapi terdapat beberapa informasi yang tidak tersedia seperti, jadwal poliklinik, nama dokter spesialis dan poliklinik. Karena hal tersebut, diperlukan sistem yang dapat mencangkup kekurangan itu terkhusus untuk rumah sakit yang berada di Kabupaten Pidie. Sistem yang akan dibangun berupa WebGIS yang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, dengan framework Laravel, library leaflet, dan database MariaDB. Pada WebGIS ini dapat melihat Maps dan rute, terdapat menu jadwal poliklinik, ketersediaan ruangan, dokter spesialis dan dapat memberikan saran beserta rating terhadap rumah sakit. Setelah selesai membangun sistem WebGIS, dilakukan pengujian usability terhadap user. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode USE Questionnaire dimana terhadap 30 pertanyaan yang dibagi ke dalam 4 bagian (Usefulness, Ease of use, Ease of learning dan Satisfaction). Hasil yang diperoleh pada pengujian ini 90.49% user masyarakat, 84.94% untuk user rumah sakit dan 88.30% untuk user dinas kesehatan dengan demikian pengujian WebGIS ini termasuk ke dalam kategori Sangat Layak berdasarkan standar tabel kelayakan.

The rapid development of technology is very influential on all aspects of life so that it is very easy to get and share information, one of which is information related to hospitals. BPJS has provided information in the form of a website, but there is some information that is not available on the website, such as polyclinic schedules for each hospital, the names of specialist doctors and polyclinics. Because of this, a system is needed that can cover the shortage, especially for hospitals in Pidie Regency. The system to be built is a WebGIS using the PHP programming language, with the framework Laravel, library leaflet, and database MariaDB. In this WebGIS, you can view Maps and routes, there is a menu to view polyclinic schedules, room availability, specialist doctors and can provide advice along with ratings for hospitals. After finishing building the WebGIS system, usability testing was carried out on users. The test was carried out using the USE Questionnaire method where the 30 questions were divided into 4 parts (Usefulness, Ease of use, Ease of learning and Ease of learning). Satisfaction). The results obtained in this test are 90.49% public users, 84.94% for hospital users and 88.30% for public health office users, results of this WebGIS test are included in the very feasible Category based on the standard feasibility table.
