This study aims to analyze the effect of unemployment, employment, minimum wages and GRDP on migration in Aceh Province in the period 2015 to
2020 in districts and cities of Aceh Province. Migration itself consists of two types,
namely, in-migration and out-migration. In this study, the author uses incoming migration data as the main research variable to be seen. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression method with panel data model. The results of this study indicate that the unemployment variable has a negative and significant effect on migration. Labor absorption, UMR, and GRDP have a positive and significant effect. And spurring from the results and previous research, it shows that in-migration in Aceh Province has the opportunity as migrants belonging to the productive age who are also the labor force which directly or indirectly affects sectors such as employment, the economy, and growth in Aceh.
