Informasi tentang penjualan tanah sangat penting bagi masyarakat. Tanah dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai lahan untuk tempat tinggal, perkebunan, bangunan, keperluan pemerintahan, serta untuk sarana bisnis atau usaha. Tanah juga dapat dijadikan untuk investasi jangka panjang karena harga jualnya cenderung naik setiap tahunnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menampilkan data spasial yang menyajikan informasi letak tanah-tanah yang dijual beserta detail luas dan harganya. Manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah tersedianya aplikasi sistem informasi geografis penjualan tanah berbasis web yang memudahkan masyarakat untuk mencari informasi tentang lokasi-lokasi tanah yang dijual di Provinsi Aceh. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan metode Scrum yang terdiri dari product backlog, sprint backlog, sprint, daily scrum dan sprint review. Aplikasi berbasis web ini dibangun menggunakan framework Laravel, untuk tampilan peta menggunakan library Leaflet, dan untuk database menggunakan MySQL. Aplikasi ini menampilkan data spasial berbentuk point yang menandakan lokasi koordinat tanah yang dijual. Kelayakan webGIS ini diuji menggunakan metode black box testing dan untuk analisisnya menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS). Dari 29 test case pada black box testing didapatkan hasil valid atau seluruh fiturnya berhasil dijalankan dengan baik. Pada analisis SUS didapatkan nilai rata-rata 76.66 dari total 33 responden dengan nilai adjective rating “Good/Baik”. Dengan demikian, webGIS ini sangat berguna bagi masyarakat Aceh untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang penjualan tanah.

Information about the land sales is very important for the people. Land can be used as land for residence, plantations, buildings, government purposes, as well as for business facilities. Land can also be used as a long-term investment because the selling price tends to rise every year. The purpose of this study is to display spatial data that provides information of the land sales location along with details of the area and price. The benefit of this research is the availability of a web-based geographic information system for land sales that makes it easier for people to find information about the locations of the land in Aceh province. This application was developed using the Scrum method which consists of product backlog, sprint backlog, sprint, daily scrum and sprint review. This web application is built using the Laravel framework, Leaflet library for map interface, and MySQL for databases. This application displays spatial data with type of points that indicate the location of the coordinates of the land. The feasibility of this webGIS was tested using the black box testing method and for the analysis using the System Usability Scale (SUS). There’s 29 test cases in black box testing with all valid results or the all features were successfully executed. In the SUS analysis, the average score obtained from 33 respondents is 76.66 with an adjective rating of "Good". Thus, this webGIS is very useful for the people of Aceh to obtain information about land sales.
