Information about the land sales is very important for the people. Land can be used as land for residence, plantations, buildings, government purposes, as well as for business facilities. Land can also be used as a long-term investment because the selling price tends to rise every year. The purpose of this study is to display spatial data that provides information of the land sales location along with details of the area and price. The benefit of this research is the availability of a web-based geographic information system for land sales that makes it easier for people to find information about the locations of the land in Aceh province. This application was developed using the Scrum method which consists of product backlog, sprint backlog, sprint, daily scrum and sprint review. This web application is built using the Laravel framework, Leaflet library for map interface, and MySQL for databases. This application displays spatial data with type of points that indicate the location of the coordinates of the land. The feasibility of this webGIS was tested using the black box testing method and for the analysis using the System Usability Scale (SUS). There’s 29 test cases in black box testing with all valid results or the all features were successfully executed. In the SUS analysis, the average score obtained from 33 respondents is 76.66 with an adjective rating of "Good". Thus, this webGIS is very useful for the people of Aceh to obtain information about land sales.
