This research analyzes the improvement of the performance quality of Aceh's private hospitals by considering exogenous variables are individual performance, psychological breach innovative behavior, leader member exchange, job security and organizational policies. This research uses a combination of SEM and AMOS data analysis with 270 medical and non medical personnel at private hospitals in Aceh taken by cluster sampling. The results showed that the role of the new variable of psychological breach innovative behavior was significant as an predictor to improve the service quality variable. Therefore, further research is recommended to re-examine the psychological breach innovative behavior variables, especially on the dimensions of Creative Idea Application Rewards in Financial Forms, Work-Life Balance and Social Flexibility Conditions and these variables also still need to be tested on different objects such as government public hospitals, financial services sector and education. It was based on the similarity of the characteristics of the object of research in the public service sector.
