Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen atau organizational justice terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh affective commitment, normative commitment, dan leader member exchange. Dalam penelitian ini populasi yang dimaksudkan adalah seluruh yang berjumlah 125 orang. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 125 orang yang ditentukan dengan teknik sensus. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan bantuan sofware AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa organizational justice berpengaruh terhadap affective commitment, organizational justice berpengaruh terhadap normative commitment, organizational justice berpengaruh terhadap leader member exchange, organizational justice berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, affective commitment tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, normative commitment berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, leader member exchange berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, affective commitment memediasi secara penuh pengaruh organizational justice terhadap kinerja karyawan, normative commitment memediasi secara penuh pengaruh organizational justice terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan leader member exchange memediasi secara penuh pengaruh organizational justice terhadap kinerja karyawan .

THE EFFECT OF ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE MEDIATED BY AFFECTIVE AND NORMATIVE COMMITMENT AND LEADER MEMBER EXCHANGE AT PT. ACEH BANK By WILDAN HIJRIANDA NIM: 2001202010097 Specialization : Prof. Dr. Muhammad Adam, S.E, M.B.A. Co-Supervisor : Dr. Mukhlis Yunus, S.E., M.S. This study aims to examine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable or organizational justice on employee performance mediated by affective commitment, normative commitment, and leader member exchange. In this study, the intended population is all 125 people. The sample used was 125 people who were determined by the census technique. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS software. The results showed that organizational justice had an effect on affective commitment, organizational justice had an effect on normative commitment, organizational justice had an effect on leader member exchange, organizational justice had an effect on performance, affective commitment had no effect on performance, normative commitment had an effect on performance, leader member exchange had an effect on performance, affective commitment fully mediates the effect of organizational justice on employee performance, normative commitment fully mediates the effect of organizational justice on employee performance, and leader member exchange fully mediates the effect of organizational justice on employee performance.
