This study aims to measure the Effect of Hedonic Well-Being and Eudaimonic Well-Being on Job Performance Mediated by Affective Commiment on Employees of the Operational Head Office (KPO) of PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Banda Aceh City. This research is a census research using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The population in this study were employees of the Operational Head Office (KPO) of PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Banda Aceh City, totaling 87 people. Statistical Products and Service Solutions (SPSS) was used as analytical method to determine the effect between the variables involved.. The results showed that Hedonic Well-Being had a negative and significant effect on Job Performance and Affective Commitment, while Eudaimonic Well-Being had a positive and significant impact on Job Performance, Job Performance and Affective Commitment.
