PT. Bank Aceh Syariah is one of the Islamic banking institutes in Aceh which is very aware that services to customers must be adapted to advances in technological views. There are several mobile banking service features provided by Bank Aceh, one of which is the QRIS feature. Quick Response Indonesia Standard (Qris) is a feature that facilitates the process of non-cash payments. By using QRIS, this non-cash payment is more effective, easy to use when making transactions and guaranteed by the bank for security.
The formulation of the problem in this final project is how students perceive the ease and safety of using the QRIS feature in the action mobile application. This final project aims to determine student perceptions of the ease and safety of using the QRIS feature on the action mobile application.
In order to reveal the purpose of this final project in more depth and comprehensively, the researcher used a quantitative method with data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The research subjects involved a sample of students who used QRIS in conducting online transactions as many as 37 people and the sample was obtained through a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis used is descriptive statistical analysis, namely by calculating the ideal mean value, ideal standard deviation and percentage calculation. The results and discussion of this final project is that there is a student's perception of the ease of using QRIS, where the results of calculating the score interpretation show that of the 37 samples taken there are 28 students who fall into the high category with a percentage of 76%. And there is a student's perception of safety in using QRIS, where the results of the score interpretation calculation show that of the 37 samples taken there are 26 students who fall into the high category with a percentage of 70%.
From the results of the study it was found that students' perceptions of using the QRIS feature were still based on their knowledge of the QRIS service itself, this was seen from the number of students who said they strongly agreed that this service provided convenience and security in transactions.
