Abstrak abstrak karya akhir diserahkan kepada panitia komisi ujian untuk mendapatkan gelar magister manajemen pada program pascasarjana universitas syiah kuala analisis hubungan pelayanan dan kinerja personil terhadap citra organisasi denbekang mbo dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi oleh aris priyanto nim : 1801202010063 konsentrasi : manajemen umum pembimbing pertama : prof. dr. muhammad adam. se. mba pembimbing kedua : dr. said musnadi, se, m.si tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi pelayanan, kinerja personil, citra organisasi dan komitmen organisasi apakah sudah berjalan dengan baik. untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelayanan, dan kinerja personil terhadap citra organisasi anggota, untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelayanan dan kinerja personil terhadap komitmen organisasi, pengaruh tidak langsung pelayanan terhadap komitmen organisasi melalui citra organisasi anggota, pengaruh kinerja personil terhadap komitmen organisasi melalui citra organisasi anggota. objek penelitian ini adalah pelayanan, kinerja personil, citra organisasi anggota dan komitmen organisasi. peralatan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji deskriptif yaitu untuk menguji model statistik deskriptif berdasarkan nilai rerata dan uji verfikatif dengan menggunakan peralatan analisis data structural equation modelling (sem) dengan bantuan program amos. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan, kinerja personil, citra organisasi anggota dan komitmen organisasi sudah berjalan dengan baik, pelayanan, kinerja personil berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra organisasi, hasil penelitian lain juga membuktikan bahwa pelayanan, kinerja personil berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. kemudian terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung pelayanan, kinerja personil terhadap komitmen organisasi melalui citra organisasi anggota denbekang meulaboh. kata kunci: pelayanan, kinerja personil, citra organisasi anggota dan komitmen organisasi abstract abstract of final paper submitted to the examination committee in partial fulfilment of the requirements for the degree of master of management on graduate program of syiah kuala university analysis of service relationship and personnel performance towards the image of the denbekang mbo organization with the organization's commitment as a mediation variables by aris priyanto s/n : 1801202010063 specialization : general management supervisor : prof. dr. muhammad adam. se. mba co-supervisor : dr. said musnadi, se, m.si the purpose of this study was to determine whether service conditions, personnel performance, organizational image and organizational commitment have been going well. to determine the effect of service and personnel performance on the image of the member organization, to determine the effect of service and personnel performance on organizational commitment, the indirect effect of service on organizational commitment through the image of the member organization, the influence of personnel performance on organizational commitment through the image of the member organization. the object of this research is service, personnel performance, member organization image and organizational commitment. the data analysis tool used in this research is the descriptive test, which is to test the descriptive statistical model based on the mean value and the verification test using the structural equation modeling (sem) data analysis tool with the help of the amos program. the results showed that service, personnel performance, member organizational image and organizational commitment had gone well, service, personnel performance had a positive and significant effect on organizational image, other research results also proved that service, personnel performance had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. then there is an indirect effect of service, personnel performance on organizational commitment through the image of the denbekang meulaboh member organization. keywords: service, personnel performance, member organizational image and organizational commitment
