Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan, public relations, kualitas pelayanan, dan promosisecara bersama-sama dan secara parsial terhadap reputasi asuransi takaful syariah banda aceh. berdasarkan 100 kuesioner yang disebar kepada responden, dengan menggunakan metode probability sampling yang diukur dengan teknik random sampling dan dianalisis menggunakan model regresi linier berganda, didapatkan hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan seluruh variable independen dalam penelitian ini berpengaruh terhadap reputasi. kemudian secara parsial kepercayaan, kualitas pelayanan, dan promosiberpengaruh terhadap reputasi asuransi takaful syariah banda aceh. sedangkan variabel public relationstidak berpengaruh.peningkatan kepercayaan, public relations, kualitas pelayanan, dan promosi haruslah terus dilakukan agar semakin banyak nasabah yang puas terhadap reputasi asuransi takaful syariah. kata kunci: kepercayaan, public relations, kualitas pelayanan, dan promosi.



Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of trust, public relations, service quality, and promotion together and partially on the reputation of Banda Aceh Takaful Syariah Insurance. Based on 100 questionnaires distributed to respondents, using the Probability Sampling method as measured by the Random Sampling technique and analyzed using multiple linear regression models, the results showed that simultaneously all independent variables in this study had an effect on reputation. Then partially trust, service quality, and promotion affect the reputation of Banda Aceh Syariah Takaful Insurance. While the public relations variable has no effect. Increasing trust, public relations, service quality, and promotions must continue to be carried out so that more and more customers are satisfied with the reputation of Takaful Syariah insurance.
