ABSTRACT : Tuna fish is one of foodstuffs which has crumbly and perishable characteristics so that it requires a well-designed and well-prepared supply chain management system when it is delivered to the consumers. This study intended to analyze the product flow, fund flow, information flow, and the efficiency of supply chain performance of tuna fish in Banda Aceh. The methode employed to analyze the product flow, fund flow, information flow was descriptive analysis. Meanwhile, for the purpose of analyzing the efficiency of supply chain performance, Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) was used. SCOR was initiated by constructing initial hierarchy which was based on the process of SCOR namely Plan, Source, Make, delivery, and Return with general dimension namely Reliability, Responsiveness, Flexibility, Cost, and Asset. The measurement of the efficiency of supply chain performance was done by using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Objective Matrix (OMAX). The results of the study showed that CV. Tuah Bahari and PT. Nagata Prima Tuna have not performed product flow and information flow optimally in their supply chain, even though fund flow was done optimally. The result of performance efficiency measurement of CV. Tuah Bahari and PT. Nagata Prima Tuna showed that it was in average category, with the total index 6.29 for CV. Tuah Bahari and 5.27 for PT.
